He claims to the the head manager of the establishment, even though he is really the assistant manager and Shaquille O'Neal himself is the head manager. He passed himself off as the head manager because Louis and Jessica were haggling for a low price for a new car. He appeared in the episode "Shaquille O'Neal Motors".
